Established in 1996, Confectionery House was started by
Wayne and Karin Tibbotts. The company has grown steadily
in recent years to become a key player in the FMCC industry
in New Zealand.
"We started out by developing a range of confectionery,
biscuits and bakery products. Our range now includes specialty
products link ginger, Indian sauces and cordials",
says general manager Brett Tibbotts. "We have since
evolved to importing and distributing a range if fine food
products. For that reason, we are changing our name to House
of Fine Foods - an exciting step forward for us."
Our company has grown steadily over a relatively short
period of time because of our industry experience, expertise
and the skills of our professional staff. This has evolved
from the strength and commitment we place in our business
values and personal ethics. These include, respect, integrity,
differentiation, energy, enthusiasm and above all PRIDE
in what we do.

Wayne established Confectionery House in 1996, combining
35 years experience with a huge reputation and respect of
the trade. A large part of Wayne's vision and growth plan
was to develop a family business. So it was only 1 year
later that Brett joined the business, and as General Manager,
was able to add his marketing, sales, product and strategic
skills to the equation.
From there, the company has gone from strength to strength
- to the extent that in September 2007, Confectionery House
employed 53 staff.
The pride in their company that Wayne, Karin and Brett
bring to the industry is refreshing, unique and unrivaled.
These same ethics have aided those they represent in establishing
and commanding market share.
